Beware you may lose your money when you pay to tata sky due to poor customer service team.
I have been using tata sky for last 5 or 6 years.
And had three setup box in my account. I have requested to split the account in two and also asked to upgrade one setup box to HD. As suggested by tata sky customer service, I paid Rs1500/- and upgraded the set box to HD box and also requested to split the account.
The team has created new account no(1183953460) and moved the HD box to a new account. After that, the new account never activated. I was not able to view the HD box for the past one month. I called more than 30 times and sent many emails to activate the new account..
The standand reply is that your account will activate in next 2 hours. One time customer care person asked me to pay Rs.300/ more to activate my account. So I paid Rs 300/- through tata sky website, and this amount is not reflecting anywhere nor the account got activated. I don’t know what the problem is and not sure will I get back the money. I don't know where to complain.
