I have been requesting for an independent Dish Antenna for my connection since MANY YEARS. But TATASKY is not helping me. The MDU provided for our multi-storey complex is NOT backed up by a UPS to allow UN-INTERRUPTED viewing! TATASKY is making a handsome amount of money from the subscribers in our complex, yet not providing power back up for the few seconds it takes to switch over back & forth between HSEB electricity supply and captive power back up system here. WHY? I want to enjoy TV viewing UN-INTERRUPTED by power cuts, and an inexpensive little UPS is all that is needed.
Also, today the electricity connection to the MDU was stopped by our management, because TATASKY doesn't pay electricity charges that powers their MDU. All users pay their respective bills for their consumption of power, why not TATASKY? WHY SHOULD SUBSCRIBERS SUFFER? We have paid ADVANCE fee for the whole month / quarter / year, then why not give us un-interrupted service? PLEAE REPLY ASAP.
TATASKY should give me my INDEPENDENT dish antenna to which I will attach my own UPS.
