My consumer no is 1001111622 and one of my set up box is not working since 16 days. Everyday I have to call customer service nos and the staff is horribly trained unprofessional people. They all have same cassette recorded answer that our service man will get in touch with you within 2 hours.
One 1st day the service man called and also visited the premises and he said the problem is in the dish and alone he wont be able to rectify it so he will go and get a help but after that day I have not seen his face. everyday I have to call and request the same but no call back from the service man.
