The recent attempt of Tata Sky to fleece the customers(in the guise of upgrading their systems to better service the customers) is proving to be a disaster. Their help lines have become pretty useless. The representatives are proving to be rude, disconnecting the calls, unable to provide a firm commitment on when they can resolve the issue.
Adding salt to the injury, one or two working channels were disconnected on expiry of account. They do not think it is inappropriate to reduce the customer balance when the service is pretty negligible.
I have decided to move to another operator.
