Tatasky changed my pack which I was having it for years on their own .One day I recieved an sms stating that some kid pack have been added on my request which I did not.To my horror I found most of my channels blocked.
When I contacted them I was told it was on my request only.They told me the number from which the request was given was not mine.When I told them I did not call you from my registered mobile number and please give me my previous pack back I was told that it is not available so I should go for METRO PACK which was slightly expensive.
I had no another choice but to go for it.Every 3 months they change the rates.Also they are charging visiting charges for the technician if you are paying on monthly basis.where as if somebody has paid annually they are not charged for that.Why this discrepancy?In the last 6 months I have ended up paying 600 rs for the visiting charges for the technician as something goes wrong with the dish which is installed on the roof of my building as I live in a society flat.some times the connector gets loose sometimes the screw is removed and sometimes the dish turns because of strong winds.Today also when I requested Tatasky that please convert my pack on annual basis as technician visit pinches me.i was told that this pack is not available now and I can continue with it on monthly basis.My point is why do they have to charge us the technician fee even if we are on monthly basis.(2)when they change the packs so frequently how can 1 go for annual basis.(3)they sould have some system so that they take the request from Registered mobile number only or by online .
