Hopeless services. Review on Tata Play

Hi freinds,

I wanted to do a quick review on the tata sky DTH services.They are the dish to tv service providers as they claim .I had an horrible experience with them . I was recently getting relocated so call the contact center and tell them where I need to be relocatted . I was informed that my connection will be deinstalled and reinstalled within 2 days . I placed the request on 26 feb 2016 and till date my connection still is active at old property.the agents are ill trained and have no responsibility whatsoever.

I called them 8 times and wasted my time and energy only to find out the standard answer from their senior managers that somebody will get in touch with you in 2 hours . I dont really think they have the systems in place at the call center to even document what is actually the concern.In these 4-5 days of hopeless service I did recive fake calls from them that they would come to my old property and uninstall the same . I wasted my time and petrol reaching this place thrice and nobody showed up . Even when it comes to their charges their is no transperency .i will soon cancel and go for dish tv
