Tatasky is the most incompetent service that I have had the misfortune to encounter. Its been 4 days since the set top box and dish was installed and even after 4 days and 7 calls to the customer care department, it has not been activated. I have effectively lost 1800 rupees that I paid for the box plus more than 300 rupees on phone calls since each call is more than 30 minutes due to their wonderfully inept call centre. I just want to get rid of this connection. They will not even take it back.
Glad that I would not have to deal with this nonsense further. Such horrible service and levels of incompetence.
