PICTURE AND SOUND QUALITY- I am not happy with the picture and sound quality. Its picture quality is not that good. I have subscribed HD channels but its resolutions are not good as compare to full HD. SOUND quality and sound type is the biggest problem of Tata sky. We can not adjust SOUND of HD channel by TATA sky remote. This problem is common for many user of Tata sky. So I don't like Tata sky.
SERVICE AND SUPPORT- Service and support of TATA sky is not that bad but there are sometimes network problem occurs for long time. TATA sky agents will disturbs you a lot for subscribing there packs which is too costly.
VALUE FOR MONEY- The biggest problem of Tata sky is the cost of their packs which is too costly. all packs of the Tata sky are the costly as compared to other DTH services.
THESE ARE THE REASONS WHY I DONT LIKE TATA SKY, YOU CAN BELIVE ME. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
