Channels: all kinds of channels available.
HD: almost every genre is available in HD. HD+1 channels are very convenient.
Pricing: very very expensive packs, HD access fee is very high.
Customer Service: not very good. Experience below Their representatives called me and gave me a generous offer for long term subscription saying I will get all channels, HD, 10 showcase movies, et al. But when they upgraded the package, they simply added two packs totalling the amount and did not give showcase movies at all.
the call to customer care was futile, the guy hurriedly ended the call by taking the complaint. I am now stuck with some annual packs I did not want.
I am not hopeful that the complaint will be resolved in my favor. stay away is what I would suggest.
The senior executive called me to understand the issue, took half a day to go through recorded conversation, called again with an apology and reverted back the subscription.
Happy with the way it was resolved, but not changing the rating as it should not have happened in first place.
