For the last one week I am not able to watch many channels of tata sky. I had lodged complaint last week. Technician said he can come only in the morning.and refused to come in the evening.
I lodged complaint against technician behavior. Now since last one week . my complaint is pending. Every-time I am being given some new excuse. Latest excuse is local area cable operators are threatening tata sky guy and not allowing to visit our area. I have confirmed with security tata sky guys had come more than two times to our apartment in last one week and still did not rectify my problem.
This is the latest mail which I sent to tata sky.

One person from tata sky call center called up today afternoon, and said my request is pending for last one week. as local cable operators are not allowing tata sky technician to come to my area.
I have confirmed with security of our apartment. Your technician has come more than 2 times to our apartment after I have raised the complaint.
I have been repeatedly telling your technician is not resolving my problem as I have lodged complaint against him and giving all silly excuses.
Can you check your records if any other issue in my apartment is pending for more than one week .
