This is very popular DTH operator in india and they are the first who introduced us with the HD set top box and that's why I bought this operator as my cable operator.
I compared many other options with this one on the basis of cost, quality, reliability etc etc and the overall I thought this option would be better so I chose this option but let me tell you my decision was wrong.They are charging us more than others but still they are not up to the mark.
The most common problem which you will see is the charges you have to pay them like service charge, visiting charge etc etc.The most annoying charge is visiting charge.
If you complained about something first of all they will not look into your matter immediate and after they take your matter into consideration they will send a guy to your home, and if the guy will able to solve your issue or not doesn't matter you have to pay him visiting charge.Plus if the guy says this particular wire is not working, or set top box is not working I will bring new one on next visit then he will bring new one.but the problem is when he visits again he will charged you for visiting charged again.They will charged you for set top box, dish wires etc even if all parts are in warranty period.
And the second problem which I faced is even if you are not getting particular channel then also they are deducting money from your account because they will not consider your request as their first priority you lost lots of money because of this type of service.
Another problem is when you want to choose channels separately then they will charged you extra so many customers choose the predefined packages in which there are many channels which we don't want but still we have to pay for them.
Please consider other options as this is the worse services I have ever had.
