So all was well with my tata sky connection until one fine day some channels stopped working e.g. Rajya Sabha TV, Lok Sabha TV, Many Other news channels. I tried restarting the set top box, unplugged/plugged but to no avail. Other channels we working fine.
Then I called incredibly pathetic tata sky customer service and I couldn't reach a human for more than an hour.
After an hour, the guy takes down my complaint.
And then says that a technician will come to your house but you have to pay for it.
Pay for no fault of mine - other channels are working fine, HDMI is working fine, WiFi is working fine.
I refused to pay them. Then the call went to senior executive on call. The guy was extremely rude and says - this is how it works.
I offered him that if technician proves that problem is with my setup - I'll pay him afterwards.
"I can not accept that, sir", says he.
So I can not accept this, TATA SKY, you bullshit service provider!
