I have using Tata Sky services since 5 years and I am supposed to be their Premium Customer. I have been relocating myself from Mumbai to Gurgaon and ask for relocation service 4 days in advance. They said someone will call and help me to dismantle my equipment and device which I need to take with me to Gurgaon and they can re-install it. One can understand the pain of relocation, my movers and packers were there till end of day and no call came and no one turned up. I repetitively called them 6-7 time and every time it tool 10-12 minutes to get through real person in their lousy call center and every time person promised the same would be resolved but no one called back.
Now I have given up and want to discontinue Tata Sky as service provider and asked for disconnection and still no one responded. I paid entire year money in advance uptill October and looking out for refund.
I urge no one should take Tata SKy DTH connection, its pain when come to customer service.
