I am a TATA Sky customer for the last 1 and 1/2 years. I am satisfied with the quality part but they have made it impossible to login and change your package. I have High speed broad net connection of reliance(3.1mbps) and tried hundred of times to login but page never opens.
I think they discourage online package modification because with that customer can have economical package with ease. when I visited nearby dealer it was very easy from his computer to login.
He said he too think that tata sky tries to discourage customers from online package modification Once activated a package it is not easy to de-activate. I tried over the phone to de-activate a package but they refused saying that it should be done after so n so date. I think the intention is discouraging the customers for removing already activated package. sorry tata sky for the otherwise good quality prouct.
