I recently upgraded my Tata Sky connection to Tata Sky Plus to utilise the recording facilities - there was an offer in October for existing customers.
It took more than a month for Tata Sky to deliver the Digicom and installation happened few days after. While I was following up with the Helpdesk, atleast twice they informed me that I wil get a credit of one months subscription due to the delay - which was also confirmed by the guy who came for installation - and when I checked yesterday they said they do not find any records to support that. You can't expect something like this from Tata's!
