I have been using Tata sky from past 1 year. I think the services are excellent. Though it is little more expensive then the cable TV connection but it is absolutely worth.
Picture Quality and sound is terrific. People say that they face problem in rainy season or bad weather but trust me I have only faced such problem once in a year which is quite acceptable.
Customer care is also very helpful in all the interactions I have had though people might have a different opinion.
The Packages also are very good though I strongly believe that they should come up with more offers for exsisiting customers.
Payment mode is very convenient through net using Credit card. We have 3 connections at our home with the same disk and trust me Quality of signals is absolutely flawless.
Overall I am very much satisfied with the services provided by Tata sky and would surely recommend the same to all.
