I was using Tata sky ever since it was launched with SD channel all fine. few years back I brought HD+ setup box all fine. expect the monthly fees keep increasing without your knowledge. So called HD access fees.
I wanted to activate my second connection with my old setup box, but their customer care don't understand any language and denied to activate. Their nodal officer don't care about your complaints not even single response, Worst customer service & support. Better choose some other provider. They are just Spoling SKY's reputation. TRAI should blacklist such companies who cheat customers.
After 9 yrs I am closing the account with TATASKY.
