I never assumed that tata sky could cheat in such a way.
they just want money from customers nothing else.
only co-ordination from tatasky would be to remind you for your recharge due and de-activation of your service if you delay even for a day in recharge.
Beware NEW Tatasky USERS
when we purchase the connection they give excellent service, no deactivation for upto 10 days if you don-t recharge after due date your service continues with negative balance in your account.
THEY SHOW ADDS IN TV THAT EVEN IN PLACES LIKE LADDAKH THEY HAVE TATASKY SERVICE.
but in reality when we buy a new connection they can climb on moon to connect a satellite antenna and when you become an old customer like me and anything faulty happens to your set top box or satellite antenna they say MADAM OUR TECHNICIAN IS NOT READY TO VISIT YOUR PLACE AS IT IS RISKY TO CLIMB ON ROOF.
I MEAN HOW THEY MANAGED TO DO THAT AT THE TIME OF NEW CONNECTION.
Worst part is there is not a single person in whole business unit to give you a service worth your money.
whether you call customer service department, or you write to the help desk the response is same mugged line of SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN NEXT 24 WORKING HOURS.
am tired of calling and writing to them.
PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND PRECIOUS ENERGY AND NEVER EVER BUY A TATA SKY CONNECTION.
Am writing this review after using tatasky for more than 10 long years
If they can treat an old customer this way then anyone can imagine the service standards of tata sky.
Am giving 1 star as there is no option below that.
Please suggest me a good DTH connection everyone which I can buy after throwing tatsky set top box.
