Tata Sky is spending BILLIONS on ads but ZERO on Sales Support, thereby qualifying their senior-most management to be the BIGGEST FOOLS to not only loose business but also get NEGATIVE PUBLICITY as what I am sending them!
Their service is so very poor that you can book, they will assure, you can remind, they will assure, and this is a never-ending cycle
What a pity, they are spoiling the TATA brand-name and also business, after spending BILLIONS on advertising
