Tata Sky. Review on Tata Play

I am sadashiva,

i bought tatasky nearly one month back, till last week I was able to view the channels like Zee-Music, Zee-Premier, Zee-Classic, Zee-Action, Zee-Kannada, ... But from one week I am unable to watch these chaneels, they have been removed without any information, also all the channel-numbers assigned to these channels are skipped, cheating the customers[its difficult to notice if ur not a regular viewer of these channels]. This is a trickiest way of cheating the customers, Also at present the tatasky website https://tatasky.com/ is inaccessible!!!!!!! Forget about the customer service, website itself is not accessible [Showing Page not found, what a website!!!!!. I hope purposefully they have shut down the servers].

Also they dont have any Toll-free numbers for customer-care.

Also the following channels Zee-MGM, ZOOM, ....etc are not available from the begining.

I request all tatasky customers to register complaints against these issues.
