New Connection. Review on Tata Play

I would like to share my experience with TATA SKY. Since I am using its service more then 1 years.

After so many review and feedback I finally decided to buy tatasky. So I went to the tatasky site for online purchase but after all payment details the transaction closed without any reference number. I thought there may be some issue with payment so I tried again two more time same result. I was expecting that payment has not done properly. But I was worried when I got SMS (Thanks for SMS features in banking) from my bank that 3 successful transactions done for tatasky now I afraid because I was not having any reference number also. I immediate called tatasky customer care as usual they asked for reference number which I did not had.

My issue escalated to the special cell and the guy ensured me not to worry they will refund within 15 days then told me to send me the credit cards statement and bank transaction number which I did.

Meanwhile I purchased new tatasky connection from local dealer which he installed and my tatasky connection was activated within 4 hour of booking my order the shop keeper send one guy with actual bill to my home address and he did all installation stuff this process went very smooth.

After installation of new connection I was still worried for my online transactions but after 10 days suddenly I found that all failed online transaction has been reverted back and deducted amount has been credited back to my account. I also got the confirmation call from tatasky.

I was very happy to see their service. Till now I am using one more connection at my home town and both connection works very well.

I am totally satisfied with tata sky service and quality.
