I am a tata sky subscriber from last 5 or 6 years. We have three connections from tata sky. Let me tell you guys the pros and cons based on my personal experience.
Pros:
1)Good Picture and Sound quality.
2)Good service for relocation, I have shifted many a times and I never faced any problem regarding relocation. They are very prompt and technicians are good.
3) Their website is user friendly.
4) Tata Active services are very useful and good.
5) Lot of packages available, so you can choose, as per your requirement.
Cons:
1) Lot of Signal problem due to bad weather.
2) Customer care is bad, I have discontinued using my add on set up box, but they kept charging me for 5 months, I spoke to the customer care many a times, but it was of no use. They charged me for six months before discontinuing the add on set up box. It was a bad experience, because I have paid for six month without using their services plus I had to make multiple calls to the customer care.
Well, I am deducting two stars for the customer care support.
