Friends, I have started using Tata Sky DTH. But, now I regret for choosing out of many better options available in market. Having worst experience with recharges. The company is looting customers by deducting unreasonable amount from recharge. They start packages on their own and deduct amount from your recharge. In my case, I purchased package just now, within a month they increased rate. When I recharged for next month, I paid for one month and got validity of only 15 days. While talking to customer care, I came to know that they deducted amount due to several HD channels activated without my knowledge and amount deducted. Horrible experience. Will never recommend.
