It is great for buying not for sevice back up. their customer care is stone wall protecting the staffs and service never calls up in 24 hours. the standard reply " sorry for the inconvenience our service engineer will contact you as soon as possible"
they will contact at their leisure and you can stare at your empty screen till they arrive. local people are great and if local cable provider is good then go for it. next airtel is ok. but tata sky if any problem then throw away and go for new one or stare at your tv for few days until service engineer is free to contact you.
