Most disappointing and zero service

Strong was the loyalty for Tata Brand, the upright and most adorable super Brand of our times....Today, its so disappointing to note that their service delivery is absolute below par--total zero. The best attitude they have adpoted is to treat the customer, as if they are doing a favour after paying? Guess the company is going down like the erstwhile Water filter kings: Aquaguard.


Tata sky predominantly was a Janta brand, however, the treatment they meted out to me was horrendous. I bought a new connection through onlie, few days back. Promptly I got the call saying that they are sending the hardware. I was so pleased with their so called urgency in delivering the hardware. however what followed left me bewildered. Same day they were to install the connection...they never turned up. it was scheduled for next day.


Since we work, the next day I had to take leave for 4 hours to wait for them....never turned up, neither bothered to call up, whole day wasted.


Third day. they were scheduled to come again by 1300hrs...till evening no sign of them. Spoke to some Rajneesh in their call centre. He promised to do the needful by end of the day. Frustrated I spoke to them to refund my entire sum and compensate for 3 days of my leave. very politely they said that they will refund it within a week. What do you make out of this? apathy or callousness or typical BMC behaviour towards genuine customers?


The time wasted should be compensated by TATA Sky..I advise all the consumers out there to beware of slick ads and the TATA logo, lurking behind the Super brand logo is Non Delivery Vehicle of Service. Be prepared to be Disjointed.


What a lovely saga of the new generation TATA and the delivery apathy towards its clients. Need advise to press for charges....
