I recently placed a order for tatasky HD in Bangalore, they told me it will be installed within 4 days and after days they told it will be installed in 5 days, then after that also no response and every day I call them they mention that I will get a call back with in 2-4 hrs and I never got even once! 1 customer care guy tells that they are in very high demand and difficult to fulfill requirements.Today its been 2 weeks and still no call and finally I cancelled it and thinking of going to some other operator.
So if someone buys a TataSky and if by chance you encounter a issue then you can expect very very delayed service, Eventually you will be very frustrated.
