I had shifted from old address to new address last month and paid Rs.600/- by recharging extra on my tata sky
account as well as Rs. 400/- to tata sky technician. Thus paid around Rs. 1000~
Just 15 days later I started facing issues of intermittent connectivity to tata sky & couldn't watch all programs.
I logged a complaint to you and got service technician visit. He fixed the issue by cutting off few leaves from
coconut tree which is very close to the tata sky dish antenna.
Not few more days were passed by(about 15 - 20 days) and the same issue occurred that was since 6th-7th April. I
did not get time to call up your customer care number and my family is not able to watch their favorite television
programs. So I tried calling your customer care today but I was kept waiting for 10 minutes until the call dropped.
So I chose to contact you guys over chat and got another tech visit but he is telling to do a relocation of the
dish antenna to another side of the terrace and will charge Rs.300/-
Why on Earth shall I pay extra for which the fault does not lies with me.
Its your fault that you fixed the dish antenna where it should not have been. Your technician knows better where
should they fix the dish antenna. How do they expect customers to know where to install the dish antenna?
I hope the team/person reading this email understands the issue and get the dish antenna installed somewhere else
on the terrace where proper signal is available.
