I am using Tata Sky for 3 years now.
Pros:
Good packages and channel info
Reliable movements in terms of relocation & set up
Cons:
Weather is clear still you may see the error that its cloudy outside
Customer Care Call is very expensive
You may need to wait for hours even when the operator says that your waiting time is 3 mins.
Half of the subscribed channels in Grand package will never work
Lot of disruptions in viewing which will make you annoyed in minutes
I called customer care at least 5 - 10 times but I have never spoken to there executive. Since my options are limited, I am sticking to Tata Sky otherwise I would have moved on long back.
