I would like to file the complaint for the misleading information and wrong handling by TATA SKY Team. (Account Number - 1010261996)
My old tata sky set top box was working very fine since last 3-4 years.
The Old Set TOP Box was changed by the TATA SKY team with the assurance that new one would be compatible to new formats etc. However no clear information was shared about the limited guarantee/warranty.
Now, the new set top box has stopped working with in 40 days of installation and I am being told that it has limited guarantee/warranty of only 30 days. This calls for absolutely unprofessional service & misleading information.
Take ahead a feedback that your call center employees are not able to attend / understand / equipped to handle customer calls. This is the most frustrating experience I have ever had.
