I am a 4 years Tata sky costumer, for the last 3 days I have been call and ask them to send somebody to relocation my sky, they told me a engineer will came on Tuesday at 10, and I just cancelled my commitment to be home for that, nobody came and called them back for 3 times and were saying they were coming but didn`t came. Later somebody call and before we could speak the just turn of the phone on our face, later another call and said people are going home and they will try to send on Wednesday and nobody came again I cancelled my commitment to be home and call so many times and nobody came, and again I just stayed home and called them back for 3 times and were saying they were coming but didn`t came.
I am so disappointed ave, with this company and all bed employers you how they can be so disrespectful and irresponsible, they just play with us and do things as they want, it is so abusive and disrespectful way to treat your costumers, we are not asking a favour, we pay to have a sky and we also pay for the service the last they can do is respect us and work with commitment and politeness, I was planning to use a tata sky on my second tv but I am starting to think the best is cancel it and go for other company where we can be respectful and employers can work with commitment . Hope it can help to change for good the way your employers are treating the costumers.
