I have seen the picture quality of all other dth operators but the picture quality which tata sky provides is unbeatable. For those who do not have a hd tv, tata sky is the best option for you as tata sky's picture quality in standard definition televisions is unmatched where other operators fail giving you a hazy, not so clear, blur quality. The rates of the packages are also reasonable and from time to time tata sky keeps on adding new channels that also for free. I shifted from panchgram to silchar in 2011, then tata sky technician came to our new house and installed it back for free. What a great service, not even demanding a single penny. Customer support is excellent and it is in multi language, so my parents can talk to customer care freely even in bengali. Other dth operators fail just in case of a light rain, but if you are using tata sky then you need not worry. You can record your favorite shows and watch them later, You can set reminder for your favorite program. Everything in tatasky is so so easy. Every body should go for it
