When I bought new TV I also placed order for Tata Sky to the same dealer and he sent digicomp along with TV same day (Saturday). I had not to call Tata Sky for installation dealer took care of same, however due to heavy rush during weekend it was scheduled after two days (Tuesday).

Dish and some fitment were delivered to my place well before scheduled time. Installation guys were very punctual; they along with stuff were on time at my place. They immediately started and discussed the location of TV, Dish and cable with me and asked me to sign the form to make sure that they explained the same to me. They drilled wall and fixed cable to my terrace where dish was being fixed. One of the guys was fixing dish and other was working on digicomp. They asked me to fill some form for subscriber agreement.

Once they fixed dish they measured signal strength and connected cable to my TV. One of the guys activated my service over the phone and my TV was getting true digital quality audio and video. He demonstrated me the basic functionality and explained about recharge coupon.

Looked like they knew what they were doing. I would say installation was very efficient and professional. So far voice and picture quality was good but don’t have any idea how would it be in stormy weather and rain, hope it would be fine.
