I have faced multiple times issues with tata play and their customer service is so poor can't imagine. for such a small change, they kept the setup box off for 3 days.
after that recharge was over and I did it after 15 days I was out of town so when I done the recharge for 18 days setup box was showing no signal. call customer care and many follow-ups and all no action has been taken after they took 1000 rs extra and then it started. no when I did the recharge they said you will receive a other company's coupon for the same amount of recharge and that is also not received and I am struggling to get those and it's been more than 20 days now. 7 times I complained and they close it without any follow-ups and calls. whenever you call to service centre they simply say I have registered you're complaint. that's all. they will not help you to solve the issue. even if tata pay gives you free service don't take it, you will regrate it for sure.
worst company ever. I made a mistake I chose this company service.
