I got a tata sky connection about a year ago and when I contacted them for a connection in my house they showered gold and silver at us saying that we will get good and cheap packages and some HD channels also but when we got the connection they gave us all the channels and games, quiz etc. channels and offers for free. We were really impressed by the kind of service they gave and after a week or so they took everything away, everything and asked us to pay some 300 rupees for only a few channels, and I am a sports fan and they asked an additional 10 rupees each day for the channel, I mean who in the world would do that, Tata Sky has very limited options and they have a very bad habit of showing some locked channels for a hour or so and then they ask you to pay to view that channel or to subscribe/unlock that channel.
I was deceived by their product and they also do this irritating thing to show locked or unsubscribed channels with your subscribed channels which makes it difficult for you to view them.They have taken so much for installation and even asked for extra money for extra cable, I mean What.they should take charge of installation.
Their recharge system is also the worst system in the world with the site not working half of the time and sometimes it also does not re-direct a person to his bank accounts for payments, I even did not get few promotional codes for KFC, Dominoz and stuff. My request is not to subscribe this package and a setop-box is way better with only 300 rupees and a million channels,
There is no life jhingalala with tata sky if you want one then pay huge amounts monthly
