Basically cheats people. Review on Tata Play

The Tata Sky connection and picture quality is very good and even in torrential rains, I haven't seen reductuon in picture clarity although I had poor experience with Videocon DTH on that account.

But Tata Sky is all about fleecing you in terms of charges! When I shifted from Videocon DTH to Tata Sky DTH they took a very low amount, and then that charge got increase subsequently nearly every month. Even the second connection charge was initially less but later they increased that too, but I never added extra channels.

But I retained Tata Sky as I thought since the service is good in terms of picture quality, why should I bother.

But every person has a threshold, and this time Tata sky like all other Tata business has forced me to think differently about them. For the last couple of months, I was paying for my Tata Sky connection(2 connections) a fee of Rs 608/-

2 days back, I received a SMS that my monthly charge is Rs 641/-, and I was wondering what made the charges go up, as I didn't add anything to my bouquet or any channel for that matter.

Yesterday I got another SMS, this time in Hindi, which is never my preferred language, that my monthly charge is Rs 676!

What the heck?! A jump of Rs 68 without me adding a single channel or anything! In two days how come the tariff go from 608 p.m to 641 to 676 p.m?!

Are you doing day light robbery Tata Sky? Feel free to answer me, although that's what they didn't do in spite of my two emails to customer care! no reply till now from Tata Sky!

Just imagine, although we pay for their salaries, customer care executives don't reply to emails from bonafide customers!

Please consider it a financial risk if you opt for Tata Sky connection at your home/office/work! Consider some other service provider who aren't out to fleece you like this
