Tata Sky Commitments and its Deliverance. Review on Tata Play

Tata Sky India's most selling or rather let me put it this way India one of the best DTH service provider, had made some commitment which are still not not fulfilled. What I was told was that if you face any issues call our customer care and they will get it resolved. I had a small problem that the set up box was not functioning. I have called the customer service department and they had booked an appointment. I received a confirmation call stating that someone will visit my place the next day at 2:30 p.m. I had taken an off on that day just for tata sky to be fixed. No one appeared. I called up the same number and spoke to someone named Pooja who gave me two technician's number, on calling them they said they have no record of my appointment booked. I called Pooja back on asking for the right technician she kept the phone aside and started talking to her colleague and disconnected.

I called customer service again and was given another complaint number and was promised someone will get in touch within 24 hours, which has already elapsed and no calls received so far. The customer care has given me two complaint numbers. The best part is, I wrote to the nodal officers expecting something to be done, who I think are so incompetent or so busy doing something else rather than servicing customers as I have not even heard from them. I still remember in a TV commercial Aamir Khan repairs tata sky and says 'sir bada chota kuch nahi hota, kam to kam hota hai, ' this is the most hilarious TV commercial for tata sky that I have ever come across.

Therefore, I would recommend if anyone wants to waste money and time then Tata Sky is one of India's best DTH service provider.
