I have been searching for Cable TV Operator in My area. I usually go with Local Cable TV operation as there is less hassle to deal with them in case of any emergency.(At least I never faced any issue with them till this time). Here when I go with them for some duration I understood that it is completely worthless to be with them anymore and hence I started searching for a standard Cable TV Operation. I first opted for Airtel but believe me even though their packages and service was worth to get but their service provider are pathetic to deal with. They just excused us with "Cable operator in your area will not allow us to set our frequency out their in your society"
And theyby we come across TATA Sky they dont gave such excuse and came and setup the whole process. Now I am one of the Tata sky customer.
About Tata Sky service.
I would say the packages are not that good not even close to Airtel. I feel Airtel offers much cheaper and combo packages than Tata sky.
Operating Tata sky.
Operating tata sky via their provided remote is a real time mess I always get confused with Channel number and if HD is not activated is should skip it but no it will be there to eat out your brain while choosing the channel of your interest.
Recharge reminder
Now this part is really annoying when you put the massage in Mobile for Recharge reminder why there is Notification in TV as well to block the view of Channel even before expiring the current package.
There is lot of scope for improvement.
No I will rather ask you guys to check for Airtel it there is no issue with locale cable operation in your area.
