Poor service, poor quality of set top box, every 3-4 months set top box konks off , pay 350 extra every time for change of set top box, call centre people always keep you on hold, never let u speak to superiors, always give an excuse their line is busy, experience all this after taking annual mega HD pack not for one year but since last 7 years , at the time of upgrade it's keep on upgrading for n number of hours without any image , they tell u to do all aerobics with set top box without any result moreover they are rude with you, will never recommend that to any body , even I will not renew this bakwass service
