I installed Tatasky HD 7 days before by paying 1800/-. Online portal said the service will free for one month and the base pack will be given Ultra. But they gave sports pack. I called them more than 10 times to resolve the issue but nothing worked. Moreover, Installer guy installed the dish and settop box and left saying that would take 30 mins to get the signal which was fine.
But installation was not done properly and we could not check all the channels because they left before the signal came. so, I raised request customer support to send some guy but they dont send anyone to resolve the issue. Worst service ever. They are making us fool and looting money from people. I am planing to appeal in consumer court regarding this issue. People should raise voice.
