I am Bhupesh Patel. I am staying in Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad. I have been using Tata sky satellite TV for 3 years. I never get a complaint from Tata Sky but last few days I am facing some problem in HD channels. I am not getting clear HD channels on my TV sometimes it disappeared and showing a popup message No signal while at the same time when I see normal channels these are running perfectly. Sometimes I am also not getting services of English channels while I subscribed for 8 English channels(as an add-on packs).
I watched this all rubbish till one week when it is not repaired then I called Tata sky Customer Care(18602086633), These customer care executives fixed a Tata sky technician visit at my home next day.
Next day approx 11 AM Tata sky executive came at my home and check the TV. Some HD channels were running perfectly at that time and some were missing like all Zee HD channels were not running. The technician replied it's a fault from ZEE network companies and it will automatically solved after few days. Then I revert quickly that last night star movies HD channels was also not running why? While is is not a ZEE media channel. Then he revert this is also the same problem from Star network.
Well the whole thing is that He was unable to fix my issue. Next day Tata sky deducted 200 Rs. from my Tata sky account for visit only. While there were nothing changed in my Tata Sky channels. Still I am facing the same problem.
Now I feel get cheated from Tata Sky.
I am thinking now to discontinue Tata Sky services as these people are unable to deliver good services.
