Great App For Live TV. Review on Tata Play Mobile

Previously it was a paid service but after the introduction of netflix in india they make it free for all tatasky subscribers. So if you are a tatasky customer you can easily use it in your mobile/tablet/pc. I prefer to use it in my mobile so that I can enjoy the live matches while on the go. Recently they have changed the layout of this app and I like the new layout which is very easy to use. But I felt that this app takes too much time to open a live channel they should look out this matter another thing you can not get all the english movie and regional channels in this app though they increased the number of channels from the past but they should add popular bengali channels and all the english movie channels then it would be great. You can use this app in 2 different devices simultaneously. I feel that this number should be increased to at least 5. Another drawback it does not support HD so you have to watch all your favourite programmes in standard definition. I mostly use it to watch live matches. The picture quality depends on your internet connection you should have 1 Mbps broadband connection to enjoy your shows. So with this app you now do not have to fight with your family members because if they take the T.V remote from you then just switch to your laptop/pc/mobile for your favourite programme. This app also let you to watch previous episodes of your favourite programme you can find it in the "catch up tv" section. At least 7 days recorded episodes you can find there so if you miss any episode you can watch it later which is very nice. There is a section where you can watch some hindi/english movies but these are very limited you may not find your desired movie though you can always check on that. Only tatasky subscriber can use it and they should introduce some paid plans for those people who do not have tatasky settop box. But frankly speaking this is a great app and very much useful if you travel a lot within India. Once I went to kerala and there in hotels I did not find any single hindi/bengali/english channel so I watched all live matches and news through this app. But the developer of this app should introduce some lighter version of this app because it takes a lot of space in your phones internal memory and you can not move it to your external memory so if you have an old phone with a limited internal memory then it can be little bit problematic to run this app in your phone other than that this is a fantastic app which can make your smartphone into a T.V.
