I feel this review is:
I recharged my Tata sky account yesterday with Rs. 100 using SBI debit card. The amount was deducted from my bank account but is not reflecting in my tata sky account. I have submitted multiple call back requests and multiple complaints regarding my tata sky set top box to be upgraded but the customer care executives were non-responsive most of the times and even after hold time of 20 minutes they did not attend the call. I also registered multiple call back requests but they never called back.
