Tata Sky has resolved this issue and Service charge was absolutely free. Thanks Tata Sky and Mouth Shut team.

Point 1:
Tata Sky has failed to restore their service on time. Its almost 11 days over after Cyclone Vardah reached Chennai and spoiled the city. Still unable to watch Tata sky channels. Several times I have raised the complaint, but no proper action from Tata Sky and their contract agencies.
After Sevaral followup, a contract engineer has come, did something and told my mom(Senior citizen) that all issues are sorted out. But when I check after I come from office, none of the package channels were coming except their Ad Channel. Still I am waiting for the proper response from Tata Sky.
I will Keep you posted.
Point 2:
As I mentioned above, unable to watch the channels(almost 11 days). but the still every day tata sky is taking money from my balance.

Today, engineer has visited again(3rd time). He said, the issue was with due to less signal and resolved the issue in 2 min. But Tata sky has disconnected the connection because I haven't paid the money for the engineer last visit even through the issues was not resolved that time and now the engineer is not able verify the issue has resolved or not.
It seems I have to pay total 650 Rupees to watch the basic channels again.
Break Up: Service charge(400) without resolving the issue
Next month bill - 250+ Tax
Few questions:
Why should I pay service charge before solving the issue
why should I pay service charge for fixing the issue due to natural disaster(Chennai Cyclone)
How about the last 15 days charge tata sky has reduced from my account without watching the channels
why the issue was not resolved when the engineer visited first time.
Guys. Really started thinking about taking some other DTH.
