Fastest speed became worst speed in three months. Review on Tata Photon Max Wi-fi

I have used photon max wifi for complete one year as I wanted to use internet on 3 devices at home. Initially the product worked very well. The speed was fantastic. I could work on all three devices with same speed for three months. The problem starts from fourth month. The speed became worst which mattered to me most. When I did complain the customer care representative said that there must be a problem with my computer  or laptop. When I asked her all my devices could not have problem at the same time, as it was not working on even a single device. Hearing this she agreed to send a technician after doing numerous complains. The technician could not find any problem with the devices at home so he said that the speed is slow as I am connecting three devices with internet. I asked him that if is it so then how come the speed was very good in the beginning for three months. Also reason for buying tata photon max wifi is to get internet connectivity on all my three devices.

Though on getting to know this I disconnected all other devices and checked the speed only on one device. The result was same, it was very very slow speed still.

The technician kept checking and came up with no resolution. I called up customer care and asked them to look for resolution as their technician is not able to find any problem here. Then they said that it is because we always have slow speed in your city. I was surprised to hear this as I could not get that how is it possible that I was getting good speed initially for three months and why all of sudden this is been told to me that speed will be slow and is always slow in your city. Why not they warned me about this when I was buying this product.

I used to make aishwaryasingh23ment of  Rs 999 every month and got not even 1gb data @ worst speed for rest of the 8 months of the year. I finally had to discontinue its use. The photon max wifi device is lying useless at my home.
