Crappy product from TATA. Speeds are pathetic, if you want to download, you will see download speeds of 10kbps with Max Wifi where they CLAIM UPTO 6mbps. Right now I have a download running at 7.4 KBPS(yes, it is KBPS - it is not a typo).
At this pace, it will take months to download a 4mb download. And this is consistent - not just it is slow sometimes, it is SLOW always. Also with Tata Photo Wifi Max, irrespective of what you do, they will show you have consumed about 1GB every day. Once you hit your data limit, the speed, forget it, even text only websites, even Google takes 5 minutes to load.
Their advertisements and Customer support is all misleading, they all cheat. They get away as they will get another customer to cheat somewhere else in India! Tatas did this with cars and everyone is afraid to buy a Tata car even if occasionally they bring out a decent product.
Same with Tata Photon Wifi. With this, NO ONE will go near TATA. TATA - wind up and go away. DONT keep cheating people. I am paying more than 800 rupees each month and totally frustrated that I am getting nothing. Need to go back to landline broadband now. TATA - do not buy or invest in new companies till you fix or close down your existing business where you have all crap products.
