I am a Proud NANO Owner but I have a great problem which is still not yet been resolved. I took the delivery of the car on 29.01.2011 and I still have not got the Number Plate for my car. I took my car from Concorde Motors, Mysore Road and the Staff Mr. Praveen who was responsible in delivering my car promised to get the number plate by the following week.
Ever since it became a regular duty for my dad to call him up on everyday and Praveen started giving various reasons like delay in RTO, Held up with Meeting and stuffs like this. Now he gives a reason saying RTO did not note my car engine no properly.How can this happen??There is no responsibility from the Showroom end to sort my problem because of which I cannot take my car for a longer drive. If this is not sorted, I would go to the Consumer Court and seek maximum damages since I paid so much and unable to use my car because of showroom's negligence.
Hope this forum would sort it out for me..
