Writing for the first time on mouthshut, I would like to tell you.The product is good, features as spacious easy to handle for first timers good looks.
But when comes about dealer it famous that they are sarkari peoples and even today's date of cut throat competition they are working as our govt.sector works.
I purchased a tata nano from panvel on Diwali but the accessories that they were offering me were not installed even after two weeks and one gold coin that they promised that was also delivered about one month later after daily followup and complaints.
Also they does the wrong calculation of my down payment due to that after paying Rs-37000 again after two weeks they asked for Rs-2000 more, and again about after one month they said your Rs.1000 is also pending and they want an immediate payment of cash if failed to submit they will not give owner manual and service book.
I waited for my cheque of Rs.6000 for whole month and they can not wait for even one day for 1000Rs?
and why should I pay you gave me written calculation at the time of purchase and if yow made the mistake in preparing that and asked for submition of Rs 2000 again you are saying that Rs1000 is pending what is this or maybe after one more month you will ask for more.
I decided to make a consumer complained and hoping some relief from TATA's thieves and bunch of sarkari TATA karmacharies.
