This is to bring in your notice that I have purchased tata tiago on February 2017(Licence plate no DL 2C AW 5433) from Pahwa Motors(Address: A-2/5, Africa Avenue, Mohammadpur, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi, Delhi 110022). On 13/03/2017 I was travelling from Chandigarh to Delhi and at 2 AM near murthal my car got locked and keys was inside. There was on way I could not have opened the car without the key so I called tata 24*7 assistance number. I spoke to your rpersentive who picked the call(Rajesh Nayer) and below is the list of issues which I faced afterwards.

1. When I called on your customer care number you executive was unable to verify my details. I have shared my vehicle no, chassis number with him. He wanted to confirm dealership name from where I have purchased the vehicle so I confirmed the same that I have purchased it form Pahwa motos. He confirmed me on call that the dealership name is not matching with his records and he is unable to help unless the details are verified. I told him that whatever the details I am providing are correct. I insited him to help me as I was stuck on the highway with my family. He said he will contact the dealership and will le me know. He called me after 10 mins and told that the vehicle will to toed to the dealership and then needful will be done.

What is the sense of 24*7 assistance if vehicle need to be toed to Delhi. Because of yor guys I spend 5 hrs on the highway with my faimly with no other option available. It was 8 degrees in the night all our clothes, money were inside the car.

1. I have purchased this vehicle from Pahwa motors so why the hell its not reflecting in your records. It seems that you have done a fraud with me. I am in also one dough that a used/returned vehicle or defective vehicle has been sold to me.

   
   




2. It took me a lot of time and money to get out of that place. Let me know who is going to compensate for me.

   
   

It has been more than 7 days and still my issue is not resolved.
