I bought a Tata Nano from Kulathunkal motors, Thiruvananthapuram and took delivery of the car on 24/09/2009. I was told by the salesman that I will be handed over the insurance a few days later. Now one and a half months have passed but I still havent received the insurance cover.
On checking up with the dealer, I was told I could go there and collect it (The showroom is a little away from the city) whereas I was promised that it will be delivered to me. I then told them to send it by courier and gave them the address. It is now ten days but I still havent received the insurance. And now they have stopped responding on the phone. This is the fourth car that I am buying and I have never had such poor service from any dealer. I have not received the manual for the car till date.
