We bought an indica vista aqua tdi this march from kulathungal motors in kollam .when we thought of buying a brand new car we were very sure that our car would definitely from tata.
In june my car met with an accident and at dat time we didnt claim for the insurance we paid our money for the repair.Unfortunately my indica vista was taken for repair last week and we claimed for the insurance, but after a week they called us and told that we will have to pay the money..
Which is ridiculous since we have paid the money for insurance along with the price for the car .today they are sayin that we will have to wait 4 a week to get our car back..we never expected such an irresponsible attitude frm de tata motors.well my only request is to get my car in well condition as early as possible.
